1.1   To register and maintain a dn99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion register maintained by dn99 or any other gaming operator;
• You have not previously had a dn99 account closed for breach of these Terms.

1.2   During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. dn99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

1.3   dn99 may conduct identity verification checks at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at dn99's sole discretion. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

1.4   Each Member is permitted to hold only one active account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dn99 will close the duplicate accounts, void any pending bets placed through those accounts, and may forfeit any funds held therein after deducting amounts equivalent to any bonus funds received.

2.1   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dn99 login credentials (username and password). You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

2.2   All activity conducted through your dn99 account — including all wagers placed and all deposits initiated — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. dn99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

2.3   You must notify dn99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. dn99 will suspend your account upon verified notification to prevent further access pending investigation.

2.4   dn99 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from dn99 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to dn99 support immediately.

3.1   All transactions on dn99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and online bank transfer. dn99 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

3.2   Deposits are credited to your dn99 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. dn99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which dn99 accepts no responsibility.

3.3   Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity and payment method verification. For verified accounts, dn99 targets processing of withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed and may be extended in cases requiring additional review.

3.4   Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. dn99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

3.5   Funds deposited into your dn99 wallet must not originate from illegal sources. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that the funds are lawfully yours and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

4.1   dn99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Those specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

4.2   Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bonus conversion amounts are specified in the relevant promotion terms.

4.3   dn99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where dn99 reasonably believes a Member has abused, manipulated, or attempted to circumvent the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.

4.4   Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless fully converted through compliant wagering. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without compensation.

5.1   All bets placed on dn99 are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure all bet details — selections, stake amounts, and odds — are correct before confirming any wager.

5.2   dn99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or due to a technical fault — at any time before settlement. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your dn99 wallet.

5.3   Live casino games on dn99 are conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments using regulated equipment. All game outcomes are determined by physical dealing or spinning, not software-generated results. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand, the round will be resolved according to the outcome recorded by the studio's server logs, which are the definitive record.

6.1   The following activities are strictly prohibited on dn99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one dn99 account;
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusive play;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities;
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform in any form;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions through any means.

6.2   dn99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where dn99 has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited activity, affected accounts will be suspended pending investigation and all relevant records will be preserved and may be disclosed to competent authorities.

7.1   All content on the dn99 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, images, trademarks, logos, game assets, and design elements — is the property of dn99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

7.2   You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the dn99 Platform without prior written authorisation from dn99.

8.1   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dn99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.

8.2   dn99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. dn99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

8.3   Nothing in these Terms shall limit dn99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9.1   dn99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Members have access to the following self-management tools from their account settings, which activate immediately upon configuration:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits — Configure a maximum continuous play duration with optional automatic logout;
• Reality Check Notifications — Periodic on-screen prompts displaying session duration and net gaming activity;
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporary account suspension for a period between 1 day and 6 weeks during which dn99 login is disabled;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Irrevocable closure of your dn99 account. Once activated, this cannot be reversed. dn99 will suppress all marketing communications to the associated email address and phone number.

9.2   dn99 will not contact Members who are under a self-exclusion or cooling-off arrangement with any promotional material. If you receive such communication in error, please report it to dn99 support immediately.

10.1   dn99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if dn99 determines in its sole discretion that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Member has engaged in conduct that dn99 deems harmful to other Members or to the integrity of the Platform; or (c) dn99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

10.2   You may close your dn99 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

10.3   Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, dn99 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance where such balance is directly attributable to the breach (for example, winnings derived from prohibited activity).

11.1   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under dn99's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through dn99's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified under dn99's operating licence.

11.2   Before commencing any formal dispute proceedings, you must first submit your complaint to dn99 support in writing. dn99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within that period, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate channels under dn99's licensing framework.

12.1   All formal communications to dn99 regarding these Terms should be directed to the dn99 support team via live chat (available 24/7) or by email to [email protected]. Email addresses are displayed as plain text and are not clickable links.

12.2   dn99 will communicate with Members via the email address registered to their account. You are responsible for ensuring that your registered email address is current and that you monitor it for communications from dn99.

12.3   These Terms, together with any product-specific rules and the dn99 Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dn99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
